The step up from L1 to L2 series gives you several improvements. We add a dedicated outboard controller that gives you wider CANBUS compatibility to avoid bulb out errors. The outboard box also moves critical parts away from the heat source (LED) to improve longevity. Having these outboard also allows us to design the smallest bulb body of the L Series and orient the fan to side-firing which can be critical in very tight spaces. The Lucas Lighting L2 series replacement LED headlights deliver a BRIGHTER, WHITER & SHARPER light that will not only improve the looks of your vehicle, but will make you a safer driver at night.
