The Vision Zero Automotive Network (VZAN) is a non-profit organization dedicated to utilizing technology and design to reduce preventable deaths on roadways to an ideal zero. They are a dedicated advocate for the implementation of safety equipment on all cars, better roadway designs that minimize potential danger and retrofitting safety equipment into vehicles that didn’t include it from the factory. VZAN works cooperatively with cities nationally, government officials and entities, and manufacturers of safety equipment. Helping vehicle owners understand the ability to add these life-saving products and their benefits is a key function of the group.
Lucas Lighting is dedicated to improving nighttime vision in automobiles. We share the same goal of reducing traffic fatalities through better technology. We were honored to be the first lighting company included in the initiative in 2022.
